XP Privacy Pro operates on all versions of Microsoft Windows with the exception of Windows 95. For Windows 98 you must be running Second Edition (98SE). Windows 98 is almost a decade old and is not supported by Microsoft any longer, so our technical support will be limited for this operating system.

The Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 is required in order to operate. If it is not on your system, our installation will detect this and automatically download this from Microsoft certified links. Microsoft .NET Framework comes pre-installed on Windows Vista and it is included in Microsoft Automatic Updates via their website. More than likely you already have this installed as do about an estimated 80% of XP users. |
