Why do I need to register to clean traces? Registering your product allows us to continue to provide our award winning products as well as providing exceptional support and service. Registering your product supports over 45 families worldwide. Registration is required in order to allow some of the functions to work. If no one registered this product, it would not be available. The bank statement title you see as CLKBANK*COM is merely stating that clickbank is the company that handled your funds in the transaction. What does my order include? We offer multiple packages and bundles of products and upgrade packages. When your order is completed you are taken to a page that shows you which products you purchased. If you have questions about which items you purchased you should contact our customer service. I have a question about sales tax. Sales tax is only required in some areas. All US orders are tax free. We conduct business in over 305 countries and most of them have different regulations on taxation for specific products including downloadable purchases. We have absolutely no control over the amount of tax collected. We cannot offer refunds for taxes collected unless the entire order is refunded at which point the tax is no longer required and refunded. Please do not email us asking us to refund your tax as this is against the law for us to do so. You are informed of all fees and taxes before placing your order on the page that you input your credit card. Please be aware of any charges this page states as this will be the final product price. What is your refund policy? We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our product. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please email our customer service department and they will promptly issue a refund. They will not ask you any questions and will not give you any problems on returning your funds. We maintain the capability to revoke a license if a refund is issued. Your product will no longer function if you obtain a refund.. Once a refund has been issued, it cannot be reversed and if you wanted to place another order you can. We will immediately block access to our payment system and Clickbank reserves the right to limit your purchases from them on people who abuse this refund policy. Again, if you obtain a refund, your product will stop functioning within 24 hours of the refund being issued. Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your region, for this to post to your financial institution. I obtained a refund and my product no longer works. Within 24 hours of the refund being issued your product will cease to function as a registered copy. I still have more questions.
